Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch orders within 12 business days of receiving payment.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier services, but we typically aim for:

Metro cities: 24 business days
Non-metro areas: 47 business days

We ship via reputed courier partners with tracking facilities. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Custom, made-to-order, or perishable products are not returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:

Approve the refund if the item is in original condition
Process your refund to the original payment method within 710 business days

In case of prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
